Registration Rates (includes breakfast, lunch, and pau hana reception):

• HWEA Members: $180 Early Bird / $225 Regular
• Non-Members: $225 Early Bird / $275 Regular
• Operator/Life Members: $100 Early Bird / $110 Regular
• Retirees & Neighbor Island Members: $60 Early Bird / $80 Regular
• Students: $10
• Vendors/Exhibitors: $500
• Conference Field Trip: $20 Early Bird / $30 Regular

*Please note that HWEA Members are required to enter their member numbers for HWEA registration rates.

**Speakers: Please note that only one $0 speaker registration is allowed per presentation. Any additional speakers will need to register as a separate individual registration.

Vendor/Exhibitor

• Vendor/Exhibitor Booth: Includes one (1) vendor/exhibitor attendee and one (1) table/chair setup for the 1-day main conference in a designated exhibitor area where attendees enter and gather during networking breaks for refreshments.  Please note additional vendor/exhibitor attendees must register separately at the member/non-member conference rate.

Refund Policy:

• All general cancellation requests must be made by emailing collection-systems@hwea.org.
• Requests must be made by the deadlines specified below to receive the refund amount of the registration order.
• Cancellations made by 7/15/2026 will receive a 95% refund of registration fees.
• Cancellations made by 8/1/2026 will receive a 50% refund of registration fees.
• Any cancellations made after 8/1/2026 will not receive a refund.
